  • How can I contact you?
    All contact information is found at the bottom of my website! Please Note: My contact hours now follow my business hours! Any calls, text, or social media DMs pertaining to hair, hair appointments, and/or appointment availabilities will be followed up on the next business day during business hours. All messages received on any vacation days will be responded to when I get back into town.

  • How do I book an appointment?

  • What days/time are you in the salon?
    My availabilities are as followed: Wednesday-Friday 9:00am-7:00pm Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm Closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
  • Are deposits required to book an appointment?
    Yes! Deposits are mandatory and they much be paid in order to book your hair appointments. They are put in place to secure your appointment and does go to the overall cost of your service.
  • Are deposits refundable?
    Deposit are not refundable and non transferable unless stated otherwise by me. If you have an emergency and need to cancel please let me know as soon as possible and we will make arrangement to work your appointment out!
  • I know what day and/or time I would like to book but it's not available on your booking site. What does that mean?
    That means either I am off for that day or booked for the time desired. When days and times are in black that means they are available to be booked. If they are greyed out, those times are unavailable.
  • What does the cost of a consultation cover?
    All Consultation Costs cover the cost of your consultation service as well as serves as a deposit for the service you desire!
  • How do I pay for my service?
    Cash, Debit/Credit Card, or Zelle to my email (thestylewarehouse@yahoo.com) only! ApplePay, CashApp, and any other money processing system will not be accepted.
  • Do you service kids?
    I only service kids age 11 and up unless approved by me! If you book for your child and they are under the age of 11 the appointment will be cancelled and there WILL NOT be a refund on the service!
  • Do you offer services other then the ones listed on your booking site?
    No the only services I offer are the ones listed on my booking site unless stated otherwise.
  • Do you offer Braid Services?
    No I do not!
  • Do you offer Loc Extensions?
    No I do not...yet!
  • What are Grace T. Freestyle Services?
    These services defiantly for the spontaneous! These services were created for clients who want to get something done to their hair but don't have a clue of what they want to get done! How it works is when you book this appointment I have full creative control on how I would like to do your hair and at discounted rate! When booking, hair and anything else needed to do the service will always be provided at no additional cost. The catch is you don't get any say I what service I choose unless you are not able to have the chosen style!
  • Why do I need a Color Consultation?
    Color consultations are very necessary prior to receiving any color service. In the consultation we are able to access you hair in a detailed manner to make sure your hair is in a healthy enough state to receive color. Depending on the health of your hair a strand test will also be administered to see how your hair will react to color. We also discuss the color desired and technique that works best for you. Lastly we are will also book the proper service(s) needed and answer any questions in depth that may be asked.
  • I had a consultation and it was concluded that I couldn't receive the service I desired. What happens to my deposit?
    Depending on the consequences, if continuing with the service was denied for any reason, the cost of the consultation will either be credited to another service or will be refunded back to you. Actions will be determined at the time of the consultation.
